Why should I provide my gender and age into the form?
Protection of the children’s safety is our prior responsibility in delivery of tuition to our clients. We do stress on the tuition being carried out should be accompanied by their adults either parents or guardians.
Is the First Introductory lesson Free of Charge? How do you contact me and what will you do if you find a right tutor for me?
Yes, the First Introductory lesson is Free!
Our tutor will contact you either by phone or email directly to arrange the first Introductory lesson. He/she will do a one-hour lesson to assess the student’s current learning background with the help of the information you provided earlier. With the parent’s or guardian’s opinion, an approximation on the solution of the student – a schedule of tuition will be formed.
If we agree with your tutor's suggestion on the schedule of the tutorial lesson, what will happen next?
Excel Learning Centre will email you a copy of “Contract Agreement” for your consent with signature.
What fee should I pay ?
A First Month Tuition Fee will be paid after a successful Free Trial lesson is completed. This Fee shows that you intend to purchase the tuition service and it means you are entering into a contract with the Agent.
When you pay the Fee, you and the Agent agree:
- the exact tuition service that you are purchasing
- the date that the tuition service will be provided

How do I pay the tuition fee?
Payment may be settled:

When will you charge me for my tuition service?
An invoice rendered cover monies receivable for and on behalf of the Excel Learning Centre will be sent to you by email or post at the end of each calendar month.
Please ensure that payment for all invoices is received within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
What would I do if my illness or holidays happens before my scheduled tutorial ?
Please give a 24 hour’s notice for illness / a 48 hour’s notice for holiday to your tutor.

If I do not satisfy with the assigned tutor after weeks' tutorial lessons, may I have my money refunded?
Yes, you may have your money refunded.
Excel Learning Centre will refund in full or a pro-rate basis the course fee as soon as possible in any event not later than one month. For detail, please refer to Item-Client Satisfaction & Refunds Policy on the page of “Terms and Conditions“
If I want to cancel a scheduled tutorial lesson, what is your arrangement and following up?
A “14 days” is noticeable!
1/ A cancellation notice of 14 days or more prior to the scheduled tutorial: a reschedule tutorial lesson is manageable or a refund can be facilitated for the cancelled tutorial.
2/ Tutorial cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time but less than 14 days: Excel Learning Centre will offer the Client at least one option for a rescheduled tutorial to take place within 7 calendar days of the originally scheduled one, and the time, date, and Tutor of the rescheduled tutorial will be assigned by us. I still get so many questions such as 1/ If I don't like the tutor during the tutorial, what will you do with my remaining fees? 2/ If the tutor quit the tuition during the tutorial, what will you do?....etc
